Adarsh comes from a family that has deep roots in business and property. From an early age, he developed a passion for property and mapped his tertiary education and career towards this field.
His early career experiences included stints at KPMG, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and R B Patel Group Limited (family-owned business). On returning from London in early 2000, he set upon searching for a business that could build on his experience.
Eventually together with his brother Darpan they came across the booming property finance sector in New Zealand. With a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree from Auckland University and a passion for property, the sector was a natural fit. He co-founded ASAP Finance in 2004 and the rest, as they say, is history.
Adarsh has acquired deep and extensive property finance experience having funded close to $3 billion dollars in property loans. He also has a passion for property development and through numerous Joint Ventures, has developed over $200 million in property. This experience offers invaluable insights into funding property developments, enabling him to provide clients with instrumental advisory services as part of their property finance solution.
In his spare time, Adarsh spends time with his young family, enjoys cooking, fishing, gyming and planning family holidays. He is still pursuing his dream of catching that monster Kingfish.
