Dan is a firm believer in simplicity. He has a keen eye for detail and a sharp mind that can cut through complex scenarios to discover the core of the matter. Coupled with years of practical experience in working closely with developers, contractors and consultants, Dan takes pride in offering simple yet effective funding solutions to large and small projects alike. As Leonardo da Vinci declares, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”.
Dan came to New Zealand in 2000 with his parents, attending Rangitoto College and subsequently completing a BBS Finance degree at Massey University Auckland. He worked in the CFDs market for 3 years before joining ASAP in 2013. Dan has structured multiple large scale complex development loans in his career at ASAP and has become the preferred funding partner for many developers.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys crafting objects with his own hands – anything from scale models to a full size shed in his backyard. Dan is also the resident bartender in the ASAP office; he has unmatched skills with a mixer in hand and his Negronis are a definite team favourite.
