Kevin is a patient listener and a keen believer of “walking in your client’s shoes”. Understanding a client’s perspective is integral to a successful project, and with ample property finance experience, Kevin always helps clients surpass their goals.
Originally from China, Kevin moved to Auckland in the early 2000s. He graduated from Massey University in 2008 with a Business Degree and went on to finish his postgraduate in Finance. The combination of his expertise in finance and his love for property brought him to ASAP’s door in 2012.
During his time with ASAP thus far, Kevin has successfully facilitated $500 million dollars’ worth of transactions – ranging from $150k to $25+ million. Seeing things from his client’s point of view is Kevin’s secret weapon, and he throws his wealth of experience and knowledge into every deal that lands on his plate. He believes that helping clients navigate the hurdles of project finance is consistently rewarding and a win-win for both parties. Kevin is also a keen property investor and has completed several development projects of his own.
Outside of work, Kevin spends most of his time with his family, but also enjoys riding motorbikes down the winding back roads of Auckland at an exhilarating (albeit slow) pace, and has recently taken on precision shooting – just as fun as the motorbikes, although slightly harder with his terrible eyesight.
