Property Finance Associate

Originally from China, Olivia moved to Auckland for her tertiary education. After graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) degree, she has worked as a Quantity Surveyor for both main contractors and developers before joining ASAP. Her knowledge in contract administration and cost management enables her to take care of client’s needs in a practical perspective.

Joining ASAP in 2023, Olivia works alongside lending managers, assisting in loan analysis, property valuation, loan administration and settlement management. She speaks Mandarin and English.

Outside of work, she enjoys doing yoga and Pilates, of course also travelling.
