Paige Wang
Property Finance Associate
Originally from China, Paige completed her bachelor’s degree in Finance in Japan, followed by a Master of Professional Finance and Accountancy (1st Class honours) in New Zealand. Paige has an extensive understanding of the local lending products and financial market – kick-starting her career working for a local broking firm, Paige went on to work for various finance companies in NZ. Her experience working for both broking firms and lending institutions enables her to take a 360-degree perspective when handling client applications, carefully balancing the client’s needs against lending requirements.
Paige joined ASAP in 2022 – she assists the lending managers in loan analysis, property valuation, loan administration and settlement management. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese.
Outside of work, she has a young family. She loves travelling and photography.
